Yu Narukami is the protagonist of Persona 4. As sutch, he can't have a scripted stoy arc like many of the other characters.However, in the anime, he struggles with the fact that he is only in Inaba for a year, and will eventually have to leave all his friends behind. Like the other protagonists, Yu is only referred to by the name you choose for hin the entire game, but most of the spinoffs refer to him as Yu Narukami, a name that originated from the P4 anime. Yu is generally a good person, and has many traits of the infamous "Chad" meme leading to him always being referred to as "Yu" or "Chad" by the fanbase.
